Reason for sale
The owner of these assets would like to move on to a different project therefore these assets are no longer strategic for their roadmap. The owner of these assets has requested that only an entity that is capable of providing a good future for these assets which have been put together / acquired over a period of 17 Years, therefore we are looking for a new owner that can take them to a new level.
Deal Proposition
Assets can be purchased in whole at an agreed negotiated price or alternatively our holding company will retain shareholding in your company in exchange for a reduced initial outlay with the future rights for you to acquire the remaining share.
Existing Customer Base
Inherently there will be existing customers that may end up coming through the emails, generally these are located in London and are not part of the sale, if the new owner is capable of serving these clients, then there is possibility of including some of these customers for the new entity to serve. There is a strict level of customer service required, so if you are deemed not able to serve them, their details will not be passed as part of these assets.
Additional Info
The existing gas safe registration will be closed / transferred away, so that no liability is transferable to the new owners. A handover phase will be possible as will future involvement if required. There is also investment potential too.
The existing limited company will also be closed / renamed, so you that may use the name MyBoiler Ltd as a blank slate if required. All other details to be worked out.
