This policy explains what happens to information when you use MyBoiler.com. It applies from 27 September 2026. We may update this page when the site changes.
Browsing the site
The pages are served through Cloudflare. Reading a page does not identify you. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal detail just to view the site.
We do not set cookies, and the site does not store anything in your browser. Because of that, we do not show a cookie consent banner, and you do not need to accept cookies to use the pages.
We do not use advertising cookies, including Google advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you from your visits.
Measuring visits
A normal page view is not tied to you. Our code does not record your IP address and does not give you an identifier.
If you click an Amazon or eBay buy link, the page sends a short note of that click to a Cloudflare service we run. The note has the shop, the page you were on, the time, and the product path. It does not include your name, email address, IP address, or a user id, and it does not use a cookie.
Information you choose to send
We only receive personal information when you send it:
- The newsletter box sends the email address you type to Mailchimp, so we can send the newsletter. You do not have to subscribe.
- The quote form is provided by HubSpot. It receives the details you type, such as your postcode and your message.
- Ask AI is a chat provided by ElevenLabs. It only runs if you open that page and use the chat.
We use those details to reply, to send a newsletter you asked for, or to pass on a quote request. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in those emails.
Security
We keep the information you send to us so that it is not left open to unauthorised access or disclosure.
Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, including Amazon, eBay, and our social pages. Once you leave MyBoiler.com, those sites set their own rules and may use their own cookies. This policy does not cover them.
